gospel-centered community group

Then, out of that identity, we worship; we “proclaim the excellencies” of Christ. Through Jesus we have been reconciled to God and to one another. Once we were not a people, but now we are God’s people through the mercy of the cross. Therefore we ought to be a people who point to and worship Jesus consistently. If the group you call your community does not regularly point you to Jesus and remind you of his grace and mercy in your life, then it is not a gospel-centered community group. We are a people in awe of what Jesus has done and we worship him accordingly. (Brad House, Community, p. 95).
